Refund & Exchange Policy
At Noe Vasseur, we are committed to your satisfaction and want your shopping experience to be seamless. If you ever receive a product that doesn’t match your expectations or has any issues—such as differences in design, color, or size compared to what was shown on our website—we’re here to help and resolve your concern promptly.
If you choose to receive a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. To initiate a refund, please send an email to contact.noevasseur@gmail.com. Before processing your request, kindly read and follow the guidelines below.
Your item must be in its original condition, with packaging and tags still attached. If the product you received is defective or was damaged during shipping, we require you to share clear images of the damaged product showing its attached tags. Products missing original packaging or tags will not be eligible for a refund. Likewise, items that have been extensively used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded. Please note that custom-made items and bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To proceed with your refund request, please provide your order number, photos of the item in question, and any additional details that can help us understand the concern. These steps must be completed within seven business days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Order Exchange:
In the following scenarios, you may exchange or return an item purchased from our store:

Item must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Sizing issue (runs big or small)

The item was received damaged or defective during delivery (images required with original tags)

The product delivered does not match what was ordered (images required with original tags)
Cancellation of Order:
You may cancel your order within one (1) day of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. If the cancellation is made after the item has been prepared for shipping, a 15% deduction will be applied from the total item cost.
Postage and Packaging:
Free shipping is offered at our expense. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels for customers who wish to return items. All return shipping costs must be handled by the customer
Restocking Fee:
International shipments are affected by varying customs duties, laws, and import regulations. To ease the burden on our customers, we mark packages as Free Shipping and label them as gifts. However, shipping costs are still applicable. If customs duties are charged on any parcel, the buyer—not Noe Vasseur—is responsible for paying those duties.
Please note: Items are not free, and shipping is not free for returns. If merchandise is returned, a restocking fee will be charged to cover the cost of repackaging and handling. This fee varies depending on the product's size, type, and weight.
